Structure

The Governing Body was reconstituted on 17 March 2015, with all members appointed for 4 years, with the exception of Anthony Buckley, who joined the Governing Body on 7 July 2015. The Full Board will meet a minimum of once per term.

Details of individual governors appear below, including their designation and specific focus of support for the school.

The Governing Body is clerked by St Helens Local Authority Clerking Services.

There are 4 sub-committees, which will meet a minimum of once per term, in time to report to the Full Board meeting later in that same term. All governors are welcome to attend all committee meetings, and will receive papers via email.  Members of each committee will receive paper copies.
